Intentions and Life Areas
Where everything starts
Eight Life Areas — Health, Relationships, Purpose, Finance, Creativity, Spirituality, Learning and Discipline — each holding named intentions like Sleep Better, Clarify Life Direction or Reduce Money Stress. You pick a direction and the app builds around it.
How you use it
- Answer a short personalisation step, or skip it entirely.
- Pick a Life Area, then an intention inside it.
- Change it whenever your life changes. Nothing is locked in.
What it does not do
Life Areas organise your practice. They are not a score, a rating or an assessment of your life.
Journeys
Structure for a theme
Calm, Focus and Prosperity, each built from the same repeating shape: reflect on where you are, check your mood, then take one concrete action. Not audio you listen to — a sequence you work through, with a workspace that keeps your place.
How you use it
- Reflect — a written prompt about where you actually are.
- Check in — energy, stress, clarity and motivation.
- Act — one real thing, like Review Your Numbers or Single-Task Block.
What it does not do
Journeys are a practice, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care.
Sound journeys
Fifteen categories, three languages
Calm, Focus, Sleep, Clarity, Confidence, Creativity, Prosperity, Emotional Recovery, Insight, Manifest, Reflection, Daily Evolution, Clave, Breath and Pure Tones — each with guided sessions in English, Spanish and French, from a short arrival to a half-hour descent.
How you use it
- Nothing plays on its own. You press play.
- Each session names the state it starts from and the one it moves toward.
- Headphone guidance appears only where the stereo effect needs it.
What it does not do
Every session carries the same line: it is designed for reflection and personal growth, and it is not medical advice, therapy, or emergency support.
Pure tones
A single sustained sound
Fourteen sustained single-frequency sessions, with no voice and nothing to follow. Some are named by their frequency in hertz, others by a band such as alpha or theta. They are there for people who find a plain, unchanging sound easier to sit with than a guided script.
How you use it
- Choose a tone by name and set your own length.
- One, the 432 balance tone, is free from install.
- Start at a low volume and adjust upward, never the reverse.
What it does not do
The names are labels for the intention you bring, not descriptions of an effect. A frequency does not heal, tune or correct anything, and no tone here is claimed to change your body or your mind.
Breath
Deliberately incomplete
Twelve protocols exist in the build — box breath, coherent breath, the physiological sigh, alternate nostril, humming breath and more — with a paced engine, a voice and a tone bed. Only the foundation and regulation practices are switched on. The more demanding ones stay off until their safety experience has been validated with real people.
How you use it
- Pick a protocol and read what it asks of you before starting.
- Follow the pace, or ignore it and breathe normally.
- Stop at any point. Nothing is lost by stopping.
What it does not do
Paced breathing can make some people light-headed. Which practices are reachable is decided in the app build itself rather than by a server, so a remote setting can never switch on something that has not been validated.
Daily Evolution
Open the day, close the day
Two short sessions that bracket a day: Morning Start, to open it with an intention, and Evening Reflection, to close it with presence. Completed sessions build a history you can reread.
How you use it
- Morning: name the intention and one action that belongs to it.
- Evening: a gentle bridge between what you did and rest.
- Reread any past day from the history.
What it does not do
Missing a day costs nothing. There is no streak to break and no notification that tells you that you are behind.
Claves
Meaning with a shape
A Clave is a signal tied to an intention, encoded in a Morse-inspired pattern. The app has a generator to make one, a library to keep them, and a map showing how yours relate. Some belong to a Journey — a Calm Clave, a Focus Clave — and some are only yours.
How you use it
- Generate one from an intention, or choose one a Journey offers.
- Keep it in your library and see it on your map.
- Reinforce it with a short Clave audio session.
What it does not do
A Clave has no power of its own. It is a symbol you assigned meaning to; what it is worth is that meaning and what you do when you see it.
Light and Morse
How a Clave travels
The screen can emit a Clave as a light pattern, and the camera can read one back. Two parallel engines — one in Dart, one in TypeScript — encode the same signal, so a Clave made on one device decodes identically on another. Consent for a light session is recorded before it runs.
How you use it
- The camera is requested when you start a reading, never before.
- You see what was decoded and confirm before anything is saved.
- A text version of every light session exists, and a typed code always works.
What it does not do
This is symbolic communication, not a medical device and not a brain-computer interface. Light patterns can affect people with photosensitive epilepsy: if that is you, or you are unsure, speak to a doctor before using the light features. The camera does not read emotion and does not prove you own anything.
Reflection and mood
Private by default
A journal for what you noticed, and a check-in across four things you can actually feel: energy, stress, clarity and motivation. Both are optional, every single time.
How you use it
- Write as much or as little as you want, or nothing at all.
- Most of it stays on your device; sync is something you turn on.
- Export it or delete it whenever you like.
What it does not do
A mood check-in is a note to yourself. It is not an assessment, it does not diagnose anything, and no clinical meaning is read into it.
Insight and growth
One honest measure
Clave Strength replaced points, momentum and timelines with a single measure that says something true: a signal returned to often enough gets clearer, and softens when you stop. Five bars, from Faint to Anchored. Alongside it, the Insight Center connects your intentions, practices and reflections into observations.
How you use it
- Every observation shows what it noticed and what it is based on.
- Accept one, edit it, or dismiss it.
- Your Clave softens if you stop. It is a signal, not a punishment.
What it does not do
It is not a chatbot, an oracle or a clinician. It will not tell you how you feel, and it is built so you do not come to depend on it.
Privacy and safety centre
In the app, not buried on a website
The app carries its own Legal Center, Privacy Center and Trust & Safety Center, with the seven governing documents readable inside it and a re-consent flow when they change. A safety disclaimer is shown before the features that warrant one.
How you use it
- Read any of the seven documents without leaving the app.
- Re-consent when something material changes, rather than silently.
- Request export or deletion of your data.
What it does not do
The app is not emergency support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.
QNTM connection
Being built next
The bridge to QNTM SOUL is the next piece of work, and it is not in the app yet. When it lands, a QNTM piece’s code will be able to bring that intention into LumaClave as a practice. You will never be asked for one to use the app, and disconnecting will not remove anything you made here.
How you use it
- Scan or type the code — at first launch, or months later.
- Preview exactly what would be imported before you agree.
- Linking accounts stays a separate, explicit choice you can undo.
What it does not do
A QNTM code will unlock nothing inside LumaClave. Every other module on this page works without one, and will continue to.
