Accessibility Statement

What this website does to be usable by everyone, and what is still outstanding.

This statement is about lumaclave.com, not the LumaClave app. The app is a separate product with its own accessibility work, and nothing here should be read as a statement about it.

We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA on this website, and we would rather tell you where we are than claim we are finished.

What is in place today: every page is built from semantic HTML with one heading hierarchy, so it can be read in order by a screen reader. Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline. A skip link is the first thing in the tab order. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed — the capability labels carry text as well as colour. Meaningful images have descriptive alternative text and decorative ones are marked as decorative. The frequently asked questions open and close without JavaScript. All motion is suppressed when your system asks for reduced motion, and the whole site works with JavaScript blocked.

What is still outstanding: the site has not yet been through an independent audit, nor tested end to end with VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack. Contrast has been designed against the AA threshold but not yet measured on every state of every component.

If something here is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. A specific report — the page, what you were using, what happened — is the fastest way to get it fixed, and we will treat it as a defect rather than a request.

Begin where you are

You do not need to be ready. You need a direction.

There is no public app listing yet, so we will not offer you a button that goes nowhere. Leave an address and we will write once when there is something real to open.
