How it works

The loop, from the first minute to the hundredth.

The five stages on the cover are the short version. This is the longer one: what happens, in what order, and what is optional at each point.

A blank notebook and a phone on a desk at first light, before anything has been written.
  1. 01

    Choose what matters

Name a direction — calm, focus, confidence, presence. Change it whenever your life changes.

  2. 02

    Enter a guided moment

Two to fifteen minutes of sound, light or a written prompt. You choose the format and hold the controls.

  3. 03

    Reflect and return

Keep a private thought or one next step. Come back without pressure and without a streak to break.

A session, start to finish

What actually happens, in plain words.

No jargon, no belief required, nothing you have to already be good at. Here is the whole thing, step by step, including the parts that are just ordinary.

  1. A glowing gold diamond inside cyan rings, with a single line descending from it into the dark. 01

    Say what matters right now

You start by naming one thing — calmer mornings, finishing what you start, being kinder to someone. Plain words, your words. This is your intention, and everything after it is built around what you said.

  2. A dim, quiet room at night with a low warm light and an open view to a dark horizon. 02

    Get comfortable. That is it.

Sit or lie down somewhere you will not be interrupted for a few minutes. You do not need a special room, a cushion, or the right mood. The app tells you when headphones help and when they do not matter.

  3. Headphones resting in low blue light, with a faint waveform crossing behind them. 03

    Press play and listen

A voice walks you through it, over a quiet soundscape. Nothing starts on its own — you press play. If you would rather read than listen, every session has the words written out.

  4. A person sitting cross-legged in the dark, ringed by concentric circles of blue light, with a slow wave passing through. 04

    Let your breathing slow down

A shape on screen grows and shrinks, and you breathe with it. In for four, out for six — something like that. It is the oldest trick there is for settling down, and the only reason it is in an app is that it is easier to follow something than to count.

Paced breathing makes some people light-headed. Stop whenever you like — nothing is lost. The more demanding patterns are switched off until they have been tested properly with real people.

  5. A geometric symbol of cyan and gold points joined by fine lines, glowing against a night sky. 05

    Meet your Clave

Your intention gets turned into a short pattern of light — dots and dashes, like Morse code, made into a small symbol. That is a Clave. The same one, every time, for that intention.

Here is the honest version of why that helps. Meet the same shape often enough, in the same settled state, and you start to recognise it without reading it — the way you know a song from its first note. Later, catching sight of it is a small reminder of what you decided. That is all it is doing: giving your attention somewhere familiar to land.

This is association, not programming. Nothing is being installed in you, nothing happens below your awareness, and a Clave does nothing at all while you ignore it.

  6. An open notebook lit by a soft blue glow, a single line written on the page. 06

    Write one line, then go

At the end you can write a sentence about what you noticed, or one small thing you will actually do. Or write nothing. It stays private either way. Months later, that handful of lines is worth more than any chart of how often you opened an app.

A long line of light crossing a dark horizon, pulsing from tight cyan flashes into wide gold rings.
07

Send it out as light

Your screen can play the Clave as a slow pulse of light. You can simply watch it, or point another phone at it — its camera reads the pattern and picks up the same Clave. You set the brightness and the speed before it starts, and there is always a still version with no blinking.

Blinking light can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. If that is you, or you are not sure, talk to a doctor before using the light features. The camera reads a pattern — it does not read your face, your mood, or anything about you.

That is a session. Five minutes on a short one. Then you close the app and get on with your day — and the point is only that you come back.

The path

Five stages. One ordinary loop you can actually repeat.

This is the whole system in five words. You name a direction, bring it into focus, give it a shape you recognise, notice what changed, and go round again — each pass a little more yours than the last.

  1. Stage 1 of 5

    Intention

Define who you want to be.

An intention is a direction, not a promise of an outcome. Name one in your own words — make room for calm, return to focus, be more present with the people I love — and it becomes the thing the next practice is for.

You choose one, and you can change it whenever your life changes.

  2. Stage 2 of 5

    Clarity

    Focus your mind and heart.

A short guided moment gives the intention somewhere to land. Sound, light or a written prompt — whichever fits the moment you are actually in, with the controls in your hands and a text alternative always available.

Two to fifteen minutes. Nothing starts playing until you ask it to.

  3. Stage 3 of 5

    Claves

Create symbols that carry what you chose.

A Clave is a symbol or pattern you attach to an intention, so it becomes recognisable at a glance. It can be one the app offers, one that belongs to a Journey, or one you make yourself. Its meaning is the one you give it.

Choose or make one. It becomes the cue you return to.

  4. Stage 4 of 5

    Reflection

    Understand your patterns.

After a practice you can write a line, note a mood, or name one concrete next step. It is optional and private by default. Later, it is what lets you see your own words rather than a score.

Your reflections stay on your account. They are never sent to QNTM SOUL.

  5. Stage 5 of 5

    Evolution

    Become your best version.

Repetition without pressure. Deepen the same intention, move to another, or simply come back to a practice you already trust. Evolution here means your own lived change over time — it belongs to you, and no app can promise it.

No streaks to break. Missing a day costs you nothing.

A personal system for conscious transformation

Transformation here means your own lived change over time. LumaClave can support attention and reflection; the change is yours, and no app can promise it.

The complete loop

Inside the app the same path has more detail. Nothing here is a funnel with a finish line — it is a loop you can enter anywhere and leave at any time.

  1. 01

    Identity

Who you are across the parts of your life — health, relationships, purpose, money, creativity, spirituality, learning, discipline. Context for everything that follows, and editable at any time.

  2. 02

    Intention

The direction you choose, in your own words. Not a target with a deadline — a statement of what you want the next while to be about.

  3. 03

    Journey

The route through a theme. Several sessions that belong together, each one useful on its own if you never finish the set.

  4. 04

    Clave

The symbol you attach to it, so the intention is recognisable without being read. The part of the system that travels with you.

  5. 05

    Reflection

What you noticed, in your words, kept privately. Optional every single time, and worth more than any number the app could produce.

  6. 06

    Consistency

Returning, roughly. Not a streak, not a score, not a notification that makes you feel behind. Missed days are ordinary and cost nothing.

  7. 07

    Insight

A connection you might not have made yourself, shown with the evidence behind it and one action you can take, change or ignore.

  8. 08

    Transformation

Your own lived change over time — the only kind there is. LumaClave can hold your attention steady and give your reflection somewhere to go. What changes is yours, and it is not promised here.

Your first session, honestly

A way to begin. A reason to return.

Open the app. Choose Begin with LumaClave. Pick a language and, if you want to, an intention — or skip that and look around. Start a short practice. Write a line afterwards, or do not. That is the whole thing. Everything else on this site is detail about those five minutes.

Begin where you are

You do not need to be ready. You need a direction.

There is no public app listing yet, so we will not offer you a button that goes nowhere. Leave an address and we will write once when there is something real to open.
